Central African Republic (CAR) President Faustin-Archange Touadera has signed a decree that will bring into force the country's new constitution, removing presidential term limits[.] [...] "The Constitution of the Central African Republic, which was voted for in a referendum on July 30, has been adopted. This decree, which goes into effect from the moment of its signing [30 August], will be registered and published in the Official Journal," the decree read.
