ConstitutionNet is updated and maintained by the Constitutional Governance and Rule of Law Programme of the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA), which is based in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Kimana Zulueta-Fülscher is Acting Head of International IDEA's Constitutional Governance and Rule of Law Programme, and is a non-resident fellow at Cornell University's Center on Global Democracy. Her research and work focuses on comparative constitutional process and design, with a special emphasis on constitution-building processes in fragile and conflict-affected settings.

Adem Kassie Abebe is Senior Adviser of International IDEA's Constitutional Governance and Rule of Law Programme where he supports constitutional and democratic resilience and consolidation, as well as transitions from conflict/authoritarianism to peace/democracy. Adem advises national and regional decision makers and civil society organizations, convenes high-level dialogues, and develops cutting edge knowledge resources on constitutional governance and rule of law.

Sharon Pia Hickey is a lawyer and Programme Officer of International IDEA’s Constitutional Governance and Rule of Law, and Climate Change and Democracy programmes. Her work includes advancing climate constitutionalism and organizing the Annual Women Constitution-Makers’ Dialogue. Previously, she was the Editor of ConstitutionNet.

Alexandra Oancea is the Editor of ConstitutionNet and Associate Programme Officer of International IDEA's Constitutional Governance and Rule of Law Programme. She supports constitution-building processes, with a focus on constitutional design, rule of law, and democratic resilience.
