Yemen: RASD Coalition’s Third Report on Monitoring the National Dialogue Conference, RASD - 2013

This is the third report issued in August 2013 by RASD Coalition on Monitoring the National Dialogue Conference for the Period of May 7 -July 8, 2013. This report primarily focuses on monitoring field visits during the past time period, as well as the proceedings of the Second Plenary Session, the consensus decisions and recommendations made by the individual Working Groups behind closed doors, and the role of the consensus committee. RASD Coalition consists of three non-governmental groups.
