Verbatim Report of Plenary Proceedings, Open Day with the Media

This report documents the discussions of the plenary proceedings of the NCC and CKRC during the debating and adoption phase of the draft bill to amend the constitution held at the Plenary Hall of the Bomas of Kenya. The focus of this report is on the the Conference´s discussion during its open day with the Media held on the 10th of February 2004.
