Verbatim Report of Plenary Proceedings of 1st march 2004

This report documents the discussions of the plenary proceedings of the NCC and CKRC during the debating and adoption phase of the draft bill to amend the constitution held at the Plenary Hall of the Bomas of Kenya on the 1st of March 2004.
