Transitional Executive Council Bill (Fourth Working Draft)

Fourth working draft of the Transitional Executive Council Bill as prepared by the Technical Committee on the Transitional Executive Council in the Multi-Party Negotiating Process. The objects of the Transitional Executive Council shall be to facilitate the transition to and preparation for the implementation of a democratic order in South Africa.
