Transitional Executive Council Bill (Fourteenth Draft)

Fourteenth draft of the Transitional Executive Council Bill prepared by the Technical Committee on the Transitional Executive Council in the Multi-Party Negotiating Process. The purpose of the bill is to establish a Transitional Executive Council with a view to facilitate the preparation for and transition to the implementation of a democratic order in South Africa.
