Text of World Press Conference in Abuja, 2005

This document is a text of a World Press Conference organized by delegates from the South-South geo-political zone of the National Political Reform Conference held at Abuja on the 28th of April, 2005.  The text discusses issues such as redefining and redesigning Nigeria, resource control (a so-called legitimate demand by the South-South peoples), from fiscal to physical federalism, expropriatory laws, ownership of offshore resources, and various recommendations.
