This document is a summary of major Constitutional decisions reached at the MPR Annual Session, which closed the 9th of November, 2001.  It is meant to be a first summary of the major Consitutional decisions reached, and highlights the sovereignty of the people, State policy, election details, impeachment, tax issues, Commissions and a Constitutional Court.
