Suggestions for the Constituent Assembly from the Madhesi Community

This document comprises of the suggestions made by the Federation of Madhesi NGOs to various thematic committees of the Constituent Assembly.  They include the Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles Committee, the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Minorities and Marginalized Communities, the Committee for Restructuring the State and Sharing of State Power, the Committee for Determining the Structure of the Legislative Body, the Committee for Determining the Structure of Governance of State, the Committee on Judiciary, the Committee for Determining the Structure of Constitutional Bodies, the Committee on Natural Resources, Economic Rights and Sharing of Revenues, the Committee for Determining the Basis of Cultural and Social Solidarity, and the Committee for Preserving National Interests.
