Statement on the Draft Constitution of Afghanistan[in Pashtu]

 This Statement (presented here in Pashtu), made by the Secretariat of the Constitutional Comission of Afghanistan, details  the role of  Hamid Karza, President of the Transitional Islamic State of Afghanistan, in kickstarting a participatory constitution building process for the new Afghan State, in line with the provisions of the Bonn Agreement of December 5, 2001.
