This document from the Constituent Assembly, presented here in Spanish, details the articles approved during a plenary session that relate to the regimen of development, and specifically political economy.  There are sections that include the economic system and political economy, fiscal politics, public debt, the general budget of the state, the tax regimen, the politics of monetary, exchange, credit and finance, commercial politics, the financial system, and the sectors of public strategy, services, and companies.
