The Review Process in Kenya: A Snap Shot

This paper provides an overview of the Kenyan Constitutional Review Process. The paper starts with a description of the global context in which the process was framed. This is followed by an examinantion of the conflicts that surrounded the design, control and outcome of the process. It concludes with a review of the expectations and an assesement of the constitutional conference.
