Resolucion 1

This document, presented here in Spanish, considers that Ecuador selected the members of the Constituent Assembly, and details various articles regarding the Assembly.  This report is meant to authorize the Senior President of the Assembly for the availability of the Administrative-Financial Constituent Assembly.
