Representations to the Constitutional Court by Co-operative for Research and Education

Submission by the Co-operative for Research and Education arguing that the appointment and dismissal of the Electoral Commissioners is unconstitutional and fails to comply with the Constitutional Principles, the Bill of Rights and the conditions necessary for building and entrenching a free, independent Election Commission necessary for a democratic society.
