Report of the Constitution Review Commission 2005

This is the report of the so called Mung'omba Constitution Review Commission of 2001 which replaced the Mwanakatwe Commission of 1996 and charged with writing a new constitution for Zambia. The report has been described as the most progressive produced since the search for a lasting Zambian Constitution was started .
