Report of the Committee on Political Structure and Framework of the Constitution

This report comes from the Committee on Political Structure and Framework of the Constitution.  This Committee was set up to deliberate and make recommendations on what would provide the "skeleton" to the Constitution.  Various areas are reflected upon, such as the political party system, the sovereign nation, civil service and the creation of states, among others.
