This report by the Constituent Assembly, presented here in Spanish, is the establishment of a mandate that terminates the Resolution for the Concession of Ten Years of Exercising the Right to Access and Use by the United States of the Installations of the Base of Ecuadorian Aerial Forces in the City of Manta.
