Propuestas del Partido Izquierda Democratica Para la Nueva Estructuracion Constitutional

This document, presented here in Spanish, is a proposal from the Left Democratic Party.  It concerns the new structure of the Constitution, and it has sections on territory, decentralization and strengthening of local governments, resizing of social security, stimulating the production sector, strengthening the educative system, health, genetic and genome engineers, and the safety of the environment, youth and employment, access to technology and development of research, redefining the electoral system, the fight against corruption, the end of immunity, international relations, migration, public spending, the public service, economic system, and the Parliament.
