Propuesta: Mandato Juvenil Constituyente

This document, presented here in Spanish, is a proposal from various youth organizations.  It details the National Resolution for the Youth Constituents, the youths of the National Constituent Assembly, their national political objective, fundamental principles of youth that should be recognized in the new Constitution, fundamental Constitutional rights, structure and institutions of the state, economic system, sovereignty, natural resources, legislation, and an analysis of the youth law, among others.
