Presentation of the Report of the Nigerian Constitution Debate Coordinating Committee

This document is the text of a speech delivered by the Chairman of the Constitutional Debate Coordinating Committee, Justice Niki Tobi.  It details how the Head of State, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, General Abdulsalami Alhaji Abubakar, should pilot the debate, co-ordinate and collate views and recommendations from individuals and groups and submit the report.  This document highlights some of the responses.
