Notes on Western Province Provincial Visit 25-07-01: Consultative Meeting at Kakamega Town Hall

This report provides insight into the consultative meetings held at Kakamega Towh Hall in the Western Province on the 25th of July 2001 and designed as part of a broader effort - in the preparatory stages of the constitutional review process - to involve the Kenyan people in the process and inform them on the procedures that will be followed in conducting the review.
