Notes on Nyanza Province Provincial Visit 24-07-01: Consultative Meeting at Kisumu Town Hall

This report provides insight into the consultative meetings held at Kisumu Town Hall in Nyanza Province on the 24th of July 2001 and, designed as part of a broader effort - in the preparatory stages of the constitutional review process - to involve the Kenyan people in the process and inform them on the procedures that will be followed in conducting the review.
