Nepal Dalit Charter Draft revised for website

This document displays the Nepal Dalit Charter. The text of this document is not, in this stage, a legal document. It draws upon the Declarations produced at 5 Dalit regional conferences held in 2007. While the charter is yet to be finalized by the Dalit organisations to be submitted to the elected CA members, this draft Charter has been prepared with legal advice from UNDP, as an interim document based on the regional Declarations.
