Message from the Chairman of the Constitutional Commission of Afghanistan in Pashto

This message, presented here in Pashto, was released by Professor Naimatullah Shahrani, the Vice-President and Chairman of the Constitutional Commission of Afghanistan. On behalf of the Constitutional Review Commission, he congratulates the people of Afghanistan on the publication of the Draft Constitution.  The Draft Constitution is to be discussed and approved by the people's representatives at the Constitutional Loya Jirga, and will be Afghanistan's new national legal charter.  It will set the stage for and guarantee the future development of every aspect of life in Afghanistan, including political, economic, social and cultural.
