Memorandum on Behalf of the Igbo-Speaking Peoples of Nigeria

This memorandum was submitted to the National Constitutional Conference Commission in 1994.  It includes issues such as the restructuring of the Nigerian Federal Polity, the armed forces, the police and security agencies, revenue generation and sharing, the Presidency structure, powers and rotation and the Judiciary.
