Letter to the UN From the Government of Nepal and the CPN (Maoist)

In this letter to the Secretary General of the United Nations, the CPN (Maoist) and the Government of Nepal request duties of the United Nations in providing its assistance in creating a free and fair atmosphere for the election of a Constituent Assembly, and the entire peace process.
