Letter of Appreciation for Government Service/ Draft Bills

The first part of this document is an example of a letter of appreciation, sent to government employees who were terminated due to a restructuring exercise that the new Constitutional form of Government brought.  It expresses the President's appreciation for past service, and his wish for a smooth and productive handover in the period of adjusting existing structures. 

The second part of the document includes the release for publication of various Draft Bills, including the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice Bill, the Electoral Commission Bill, the District Assemblies Common Fund, the National Media Commission, the National Commission for Civic Education, the Forestry Commission, the Fisheries Commission, the Minerals Commission and the National Council for Higher Education.
