Kozo Speaks About Democracy

This article was published by the Namibian on the 5th of February,1990.  It details how Mr. Fanuel Kozonquizi of the Democratic Turnhalle Alliance (DTA) delivered a speech to the Constituent Assembly, and spoke about the Constitution, and how Namibia was defined as a democratic state.
