Issues Concerning the Dalit Community to be Included in the New Constitution

This document was created by the Dalit Civil Society Organization Consortium "For a Fair Society" in 2009. It lists the issues concerning the Dalit Community that are to be included in the New Constitution.  This includes representation and participation, state restructuring , economic rights and employment, education, health, the end of racial discrimination and untouchability, social, religious and cultural rights, positive discrimination, politics and political parties, law, justice and fair administration, the women of the Dalit community, and Madhesi Dalits.
