Invitation for Proposals on Contentious Issues

The Constitution of Kenya Review Act , 2008 created and empowered the Committee of Experts on Constitutional Review to, inter alia, study all the previous draft constitutions of Kenya and identify the contentious issues that were not agreed upon. These document identifies the three main contentious issues together with areas within which there is a consensus and invites proposals from the public on the resolution of these issues.
