Homenaje Alberto Acosta

This text, from the Constituent Assembly, presented here in Spanish, states how the economist Alberto Acosta was the candidate most voted for at the national level, and was chosen as President of the Constituent Assembly.  However, on the 23rd of June, 2008, he publically renounced the title of President, and they wished to pay a tribute to him.
