The Final Report of Technical Working Group “a” on Preamble, Supremacy of the Constitution, the Republic and National Values

This report provides a comprehensive insight into the work of the Technical Working Group A relating to the chapters on the Preamble and Supremacy of the Constitution in the Commission’s Main Report. The report also looks at the Committee´s work with respect to questions on the republic, national values, goals and principles in the Draft Bill of the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission.
