The Final Report of Technical Working Group “k” on Constitutional Commissions and Amendments to the Constitution

This Report summarises the deliberations and discussions of the Technical Working Committee K on Constitutional Commissions and Amendments. It contains the issues emerging from the debate on Chapters seventeen and eighteen(on Constitutional Commissions and Constitutional Offices and Constitutional Amendments)of the Draft Bill to amend the Constitution and the accompanying Report of the Commission, points of agreement and; recommendations and specific proposals on the said provisions.
