This final report of the Technical Working Group H provides a comprehensive insight into the subject of Public Finance, Public Service, Leadership and Integrity. Issues focused on in the report include; analyses of the Commission’s report and the draft bill (Chapters 13, 14 and 16 on the public finance, public service, and leadership and integrity respectively).
