The Final Report of Technical Working Group “g” on Devolution of Powers

This final report of the technical working group G provides a comprehensive insight into the subject of devolution of powers. It looks, inter alia, at the principle and units of devolution, the devolution structure and, the structure and principles of a devolved government. The report also makes recommendations on how the devolution of powers, in terms of distribution of governmental functions, should be integrated within the new constitutional order.
