The Final Report of Technical Working Group “e” on the Judiciary

This Report summarises the deliberations and discussions of the Technical Working Committee on the Judiciary. It contains issues emerging from the debate on the Draft Bill to amend the Constitution and the accompanying Report of the Commission, points of agreement, and, recommendations and specific proposals on the Judiciary and the Legal System for the annotation of the Draft Bill.
