Ethiopia Legal and Judicial Sector Assessment

The aim of this assessment is to provide an overview of the current system focusing on four key issues--judiciary, access to justice, commercial justice, and sequencing of reform efforts, focusing mainly on the formal legal system established by the 1995 Constitution.
