Eight-Point Agreement of the Top Leaders (Press Statement)

This document comprises of the eight-point Agreement made during a meeting of the top leaders of Seven Political Parties and CPN (Maoists).  The points include implementing other previous understandings, commitment to democratic norms, requesting the assistance of the United Nations, an Interim Constitution, national interests, the right of the Nepali people to participate in the Constitution-making process, and to restructure the State.
