Dialogo De Espertos Internacionales Con Asembleistas: Jose Antonio Alonso

This document is a report, presented here in Spanish, in which the Constituent Assembly receives advice from the specialist José Antonio Alonso. Alonso discusses necessary aspects regarding a people-based model of development: the concept, democracy and participation, economical growth with a social base, equity, sustainability, interculturality, economic aspects of development, guarantee of rights, the State should correct the faults of the market, coordination, intra-generational/ inter-generational equity, regulatory instances, employment security, technology, social protection, infrastructure, environment and culture.
