Dialogo De Espertos Internacionales Con Asembleistas: Boaventura de Sousa Santos

This document, presented here in Spanish, is the advice of the specialist Antonio Gudynas given to the Constituent Assembly on the topic of paradoxes of our time and multi-nationality.  He says that we are living in paradoxical times.  On one hand, there is a feeling of emergency to do something against the destructive creativity of capitalism that is destroying the environment and social relations, and on the other, the emergency of trying to change reality.  He includes sections on learning with the South, a new type of Constitution, multi-nationality, interculturality and post-colonialism, a constellation of distinctive powers, an experimental Constitution, and the institutional and territorial.
