Dialogo De Espertos Internacionales Con Asembleistas: Antonio Gudynas

This document, presented here in Spanish, is the report of the meeting in which the advice of the specialist Antonio Gudynas is given to the Constituent Assembly.  The report concludes that regional integration should be seen as a form of entering a global process.  The South American countries can be classified in three groups: countries that see the integration as a mechanism to improve their commercial conditions; countries that see it as an opportunity to be included in globalization and international political fora; and those that understand it as a political forum- there is some intent to be involved but it's not clear how they are going to coordinate the process of integration.
