Decreto: Estatudo de Emergencia de los Sectores Agropecuario, Electrica, la Empresa Estatal Petróleos del Ecuador, PETROECUADOR, y en las provincias de Tungurahua

This document, presented here in Spanish, are decrees from Rafael Correa Delgado, the Constitutional President of Ecuador.  They state that a state of emergency is declared for the agricultural sector in the whole national territory, as well as for the electrical sector, the State Petroleum Company of Ecuador, PETROECUADOR, and for the provinces of Tungurahua.
