The Constitution-Making Process in Afghanistan in Dari

This document, produced in March of 2003, details information on the constitution-making exercise in Afghanistan, including the three constitution-making organs (the Drafting Commission, the Constitutional Commission, and the Constitutional Loya Jirga).  Also included are details on the Secretariat, public education, the public consultation process, the assistance of the United Nations, and a timeline and workplan.
