The Constitution of Kenya Review Act, 2002; which amends and modifies certain provisions of the Constitution of Kenya Review Act 1997, was the principal Act of Parliament laying down the legislative framework for the review of the Constitution. In general, the Constitution of Kenya Review Act sets up and defines the mandates of the the various review organs. It also provides the procedures and modalities to govern the review process. The present document is an extract from the 2002 Act.
