A Constitution to Be Proud Of

This article was published by the Namibian on the 11th of February, 1990.  It declares that the Constitution is one to be proud of, and announces how the independence Constitution was unanimously adopted during a ceremony. Pictures are also included which depict various members of political parties and the President adopting and celebrating the Constitution.
