The Commission’s Method of Work

This is volume III of the reports on the CKRC's method of work. Divided into three parts, this volume documents the historical, practical and procedural dimensions of the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission’s method of work throughout the review process. Part one of the volume looks at the inception of the review process through the period immediately preceding the National Constitutional Conference. Part two documents the method of work employed during the Nationa is the post script, and contains a record of all interim and antecedent events during and after the National Constitutional Conference.
