The Code of Conduct for Ceasefire Agreed Between the Government of Nepal and CPN (Maoist)

This document is the Code of Conduct for Ceasefire agreed upon between the Government of Nepal and the CPN (Maoist).  It includes a Preamble, instructions for ensuring a fearless civic life, creating an environment of trust among the people, basic services to the people, the development and construction, the operation of educational institutions, hospitals and industrial enterprises, support from media for the peace talks, release and rehabilitation, facilitating in the negotiations, and monitoring.
