Charter for Women's Rights

This Charter for Women's Rights (Ensuring Equality through the Constitution in Nepal) details the sections of the New Constitution which speak to women's rights.  This includes citizenship, fundamental rights, Constitution Assembly, political parties, and ensuring women's participation in all levels of the State, among others.
