Bolivia: Miradas. Nuevo Texto Constitucional, International IDEA - 2010

This publication offers analysis on the 2009 constitution of Bolivia to guide further reflection and debate. These efforts are done to enrich the process of putting together complementary legislation and thus move toward the establishment of a new state.

Three institutions: the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA), the Vice Presidency of Bolivia and the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, joined together in producing this publication.
